SLA & Timelines

≤24h Clock & Scope

• Processing window: Up to 24 hours from confirmed collateral receipt (business-hours target; may be faster).

• Network: Arbitrum.

• Borrowed assets: USDT / USDC / ETH / BTC (WBTC).

Standard Timeline

• Quote sent: Within 2 hours of form submission (if within caps).

• Deposit addresses issued: On acceptance (quote valid ≤4 hours).

• Collateral received: On-chain confirmation (N blocks).

• Coverage + disbursement executed: ≤24 hours from confirmation.

• Position live: Alerts active (email/Telegram).

Action Window (Risk Events)

• Threshold breach alert: If LTV/thresholds breached, you receive an alert; you have 24 hours to add collateral or repay (partial/total).

• No action: Impact-aware liquidation (TWAP); fees sized to cover market impact; residuals returned to your wallet.

Repayment & Release

• Anytime repayment accepted: Upon full settlement (principal + accrued APR + funding + exec fees), collateral is released within ≤24 hours.

Exceptions / Pauses

• High volatility, network congestion, or caps reached: May delay quotes/disbursements or pause new loans.

• Missed collateral deposit: If not received within the quote window, the quote expires and must be re-issued.

Comms

• Notifications: All critical events trigger an email/Telegram ping; transaction hashes provided for collateral, coverage, disbursement, repayment, and release.
