Withdraw Collateral — Instructions

Pre-checks (we verify before release)

• LTV after withdrawal must remain below the soft cap:

  • 40% for USDT/USDC/BTC loans

  • 80% for ETH loans, unless your quote states otherwise

• No active action-window breach

• No system pause (extreme volatility/liquidity events)

How to Request

Submit a Withdraw Collateral request (short form):

• Position ID (from your quote)

• Amount (0FX) to withdraw

• Receiving wallet (default = borrower wallet)

• Optional note (timing)

What Happens Next

• We simulate post-withdrawal LTV and risk.

• If valid, we release 0FX to your receiving wallet and send the transaction hash.

• If not valid, we reply with the max withdrawable amount that keeps you inside policy.

Timelines

• Review & release: ≤24h (may be faster in normal conditions).

Notes

• For full exit, use the Repay process (below); we then release all remaining 0FX.
