How to add liquidity
Adding Liquidity Guide
Adding liquidity allows you to contribute token pairs to a liquidity pool, enabling decentralized trading and earning fees from swap transactions.
Steps to Add Liquidity
1. Connect Your Wallet
Ensure your Web3 wallet is connected to the correct blockchain network.
2. Select Tokens and Amounts
Choose the pair of tokens you want to provide liquidity for. Enter the amount for one token, and the system will calculate the required amount of the other token based on current pool ratios.
3. Approve Tokens
If this is your first time providing liquidity for these tokens, you will need to approve them for spending by the smart contract. This is done via your wallet’s transaction confirmation.
4. Supply Liquidity
After approval, confirm the liquidity supply transaction in your wallet. This will deposit your tokens into the pool.
5. Receive Liquidity Provider (LP) Tokens
Once the transaction is confirmed, you will receive LP tokens representing your share of the pool. These tokens can be used to redeem your share plus accrued fees.
6. Manage Your Liquidity
You can add more liquidity or remove your funds anytime by interacting with the pool’s interface.
